How to Use These Worksheets

 

Each month, I invite you to grab a drink, notepad and pen and download the worksheet.

 

Create some sacred time for you. It's your pace and your space. 

 

You can complete each practice in one focused sitting, or dip in and out during quieter moments across the month. Print them, refer to them on your phone, tablet or laptop and have your journal closeby to riff ideas and answer questions.

 

Some members like to do it at the beginning of the month, then check in again at the end. It helps to clear mental and emotional clutter and reconnect you with your values.

Over time, these small, consistent check-ins create powerful change. You stop repeating the same cycles. You respond instead of react. You make decisions from clarity rather than exhaustion. The practices are designed to leave you feeling lighter, more settled, and clear enough to trust yourself as the year unfolds.
