About Me
I work with people who are in transition.
Sometimes that looks like a business that has outgrown its old shape.
Sometimes it looks like a person who has outgrown their own.
My work sits at the intersection of strategy, creativity, plus 30 years of industry and lived experience.
I help individuals, freelancers, and small businesses bring clarity to what they are doing, why they are doing it, and how they show up in the world.
My Background
I have spent over 30 years working across music, events, publishing, digital marketing, branding, and business development.
My career began in the creative industries, where I worked as a singer, songwriter, and collaborator. I also ran a restaurant business. Over time, I expanded into marketing, digital strategy, and consultancy for small businesses, creatives, and founders who wanted their work to feel more aligned and more impactful.
Alongside client work, I have built and run my own businesses, projects, platforms, publications, and events. I know what it means to take an idea from nothing to something real, visible, and viable and that lived experience matters.
I do not advise from theory. I advise from practice.
How I Work
I work in a focused, considered way. Whether we are working on your business, your brand, your digital presence, or your personal direction, the aim is the same: clarity first, then action.
Some people come to me for strategic support around marketing, social media, branding, or digital structure. Others come for one-to-one sessions to pause, reflect, and reorient themselves personally or professionally.
My work adapts to where you are.
What You Can Expect
Clear thinking
Honest conversation
Practical guidance
Respect for your time and energy
I work best with people who have ideas but struggle to bring them into form. People who are ready to take responsibility, make decisions, and want steady, intelligent support to move things forward.
If that sounds like you, we will get on well.
A Note on Alignment...
I believe good work comes from self-awareness, not self-promotion.
Alignment, for me, is not a buzzword. It is the point where what you say, what you do, and how you live are no longer in conflict.
That is the work I care about.
