My coaching sessions go as deep as you need them to. They are grounded, compassionate, and focused on clarity and empowerment. I support people through periods of transition, decision-making, and change, helping them reconnect with their own clarity and sense of direction.

I work intuitively and practically, listening closely to what is being said and what sits underneath it. I help you slow things down, see patterns more clearly, and identify what is getting in the way of forward movement.

My approach is informal and conversational, built on trust, integrity, and a genuine commitment to growth. I offer are a space to think, feel, and recalibrate without pressure or performance.

Sessions last between 60 and 90 minutes and are available online or in person.
