I want to throw a spotlight on energy—one of my favourite subjects. I’ve spent the last ten years exploring it, using it, and practising it. Now, I want to share some insights with you.

You wake up feeling great, and then, out of nowhere, anxiety creeps in. You feel drained or emotionally scrambled. You spend the day trying to figure out what went wrong. In the process, you emit low vibes, far from the positive energy you started with.

Here’s the thing: sometimes, it’s not about what’s happening with you; it’s about what you’ve absorbed from others. While we hide our truest feelings, the world keeps throwing challenges our way. We end up performing our best Novak Djokovic impression—handling every ball that comes our way.
