This practice is designed to slow us down. It provides moments when you need a break. A pause long enough for your body and nervous system to settle. When you give yourself that time, alignment happens. Clarity naturally follows. Decisions soften, planning becomes easier, and life begins to feel more authentic and peaceful.

You don't have to complete it in one sitting. Feel free to return to it in your own time. There are no deadlines, no pressure, and no expectations.
