Each month, I’m inviting you to check in with yourself through a simple self-study worksheet with journal prompts to help you get clearer on where you’re at.

Do them in one sitting, or come back to them in your own time. There are no deadlines, no pressure, and no expectations.


The aim is simply to slow things down, look at life from a slightly different angle, and, if nothing else, open up a more conscious way of living. Also - when you know what you need, that constant sense of missing out tends to ease.

Due to the Gregorian year, January is often treated like a starting gun, but energetically it’s still a closing phase. The New Year doesn’t truly begin until February, when momentum, visibility, and action naturally start to build.

January is all about prep. We need trust in ourselves to cope with what the year ahead will throw at us. What’s not integrated now has a habit of resurfacing later as resistance, burnout, or self-sabotage, among other things.
