An Intimate Group Retreat Experience and Personal Reset in Gozo, Malta
The Group Metox Retreat in Gozo is designed to help you escape life's noise and reconnect with your best self.
Hosted on the slow-living Mediterranean island of Gozo, this retreat blends reflection, movement, conversation, and nature to create space for real personal realignment.
Through a combination of one-to-one sessions, small group experiences, and time immersed in the natural beauty of the island, the retreat offers a unique opportunity to pause, reset, and reconnect with what truly matters.
Each experience is carefully curated to combine meaningful personal work with the simple pleasures of island life.
What Is A Metox Retreat?
A Metox Retreat is a personal reset. It is a space to step away from daily pressures and look honestly at where you are in life, what may no longer be serving you, and what your next chapter could look like.
I offer 2 experiences: Personal one-to-one, or group metox retreats in Gozo combines personal reflection, coaching, gentle movement, and island exploration to support a deeper sense of clarity and direction.

In our group metox retreat, you will be guided through a mixture of structured sessions and free time, allowing space for insight, rest, exploration, and meaningful connection.
Think of it as a blend between a soulful holiday and a guided personal reset.

A Typical Day
Days are designed to balance personal reflection, wellbeing practices, and relaxed island living. You might begin the morning with quiet time for yourself through yoga, meditation, or journaling.
Later, the day may include guided Metox sessions, personal reflection exercises, or time in nature.
Afternoons leave space to swim in the sea, walk along the coast, or simply rest.
Evenings are often spent sharing meals, watching the sunset, and having meaningful conversations with others on the retreat.
There may be moments of laughter, storytelling, music, and reflection. The atmosphere remains relaxed, supportive, and human.

The Setting
The retreat takes place in a beautiful house surrounded by the natural landscape of Gozo.
The island is known for its slower rhythm of life, open countryside, and clear Mediterranean waters.
Beaches, natural swimming spots, hiking routes, and local villages are all within easy reach.
The environment itself becomes part of the experience, offering the quiet space needed to pause and reconnect.
Why Gozo?
Gozo is Malta’s smaller sister island and is known for its peaceful pace of life and strong connection to nature.
It offers something rare in today’s world: space.
Space to think.
Space to breathe.
Space to reflect.
Living more like a local than a tourist, you will experience the island’s culture, food, landscapes, and hidden places in a way that most visitors never do.
What Makes The Metox Retreat Different?
Traditional retreats often follow a rigid schedule. The Metox Retreat takes a more personal and flexible approach. The experience is designed around where you are in life.
We talk.
We walk.
We swim in the sea.
We reflect.
We create space for the conversations and realisations that often get lost in everyday life.
You will also have the opportunity to work with aligned practitioners and therapists on the island, where appropriate. The intention is not simply relaxation, but meaningful personal movement forward.
