What’s Your Professional New Years Resolution?

They are completely worth it. in business each year you have to set goals and achievements and you have to learn by mistakes you’ve made. So folks – if you looked back through this year, who you’ve worked for, what you have worked on, who you have worked with, where, when, how…the question is, what would you do differently? What would you not do again? How would you change it? What do you want to do next year?

The answers to those questions should be written down somewhere. For your eyes only. It’s such a buzz when you look back on last years one and can say ‘I am proud of me, I did it!’.

Mine this year is simple. I want to stop working with folk that are only on their own side. Tricky in business perhaps, but I’ll fish out the good ones eventually. Watch this space.
