Metox Monthly Practices are designed to offer a quiet, consistent space to pause and check in with yourself as the year unfolds. Each month brings a guided self-study practice using simple questions and journal prompts to help you clear mental and emotional clutter, reconnect with what matters, and move forward with greater clarity. There’s no pressure to fix, plan, or improve anything. Just an invitation to slow down, listen in, and respond more consciously to where you are right now.
What Is A Metox™?
A Metox ™ is a process rooted in the belief that true change begins when we consciously examine and release the habits, thoughts, and patterns that no longer serve us or keep us small. By clearing the clutter of inherited beliefs, societal expectations, and outdated narratives, we reconnect with our most authentic selves and feel at peace.
This is a soul-deep detox. A wide-awake approach to living the human experience, and a fierce, loving commitment to yourself. It aligns soul with purpose, inviting us to step into the rest of our lives with eyes wide open.
