Coopers, a start-up catering company was launched with Riverfood, a brand new foodie concept for London.

Head chef, Phil Cooper rebranded after a career spanning 30yrs, establishing himself as one of the most successful chefs in the UK working with respected names such as The Waterside Inn, Claridges, The Mirabelle and Le Manoir aux Quat' Saisons to name a few. The concept was to use the thousands of species of edible fish that live in the River Thames and host an event aboard one of the oldest boats on the Thames, the MV Royalty.
