My music love began early. I started piano lessons and wrote my first song at the age of eleven.  I joined my first band at fifteen and got to leave school early to study music at Goldsmiths college. This eventually led to a twenty-year career in the music industry writing for myself and others and performing on some of the worlds best stages.

I took part in numerous major tours including; Kylie Minogue, Kelly Rowland, Moloko, Damien Rice and played at many festivals around the world such as; Glastonbury, The Big Chill, V Festival, Creamfields, Roskilde, Sziget and Hop Farm and the wonderful Teatru Manoel in Malta. I continue to work on projects if they make my heart sing. 

In between writing sessions and gigs, I launched and ran a bar restaurant, in the heart of Royal Greenwich, South East London, which was awarded Time Out Bar & Restaurant Of The Year in both 1999 and 2000. Alongside this project, I ran many events on a local level and in clubland.


Still in its infancy, I began exploring the world of digital marketing and I cut my teeth helping friends launch their businesses online. Consistently researching new ways to connect with audiences. this lead to my founding Online PR UK in 2008 now established as a specialist source of digital communication.

People really benefit from shared knowledge, I offer one to one and group workshops and training in all things digital marketing.


I have regularly spoken at various digital trade shows such as Social Media Week and The Digital Marketing Show, London..

Writing has been at the heart of what I do whether in my musical or marketing guises. Songs have been my way of expression and learning from a very early age and I also wrote a guideboo to help people on their early digital journey. "One Giant Leap Into Social Media Marketing" was published in 2012 and my digital blog at the time reached over 11k visitors by 2016.  


Through my work with food and beverage, working with restaurants, startups and street food events, plus my own front of house/behind the scenes, experience, I have been lucky enough to eat and review some of the worlds most special eateries. Clients have included; Time Out, Evening Standard, Where London, Where Traveller to name a few.
